ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Here at 12 South Recovery, we do our best to make the Admissions process as quick and easy as possible. Our Admissions team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are here to answer any questions you may have about our programs, go over any costs involved, and to calm any anxieties you may have about going into treatment.
Entering Treatment in Orange County, CA
Once you have made the decision to join us for addiction or mental health treatment, we will do a pre-screen over the phone, which takes about 20 minutes. The pre-screen is to make sure you are a good fit for our program and to ensure we can give you the appropriate care.
When the pre-screen is complete, we will gather your insurance information to verify your benefits. We also accept private pay, with the most competitive rates in Orange County. Once your admissions date is set, our admissions team will be available for you by phone until you step foot through our doors, where every client is assigned a full care team, including a licensed therapist and case manager.
