I’m drawn to working with people dealing with trauma, addiction, anxiety, and those battling their own inner critic. I enjoy helping clients break out of old patterns, navigate messy relationships, and figure out what “better” actually looks like for them.
What inspired you to pursue a career in behavioral health?
I’ve always been the person people turned to when things got heavy. Over time, I realized listening wasn’t enough—I wanted to help people actually shift their lives, not just survive them. That’s what pulled me into this field.
Approaches or Modalities
I lean on CBT, Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy—stuff that helps people challenge old stories and build something better. I’m big on keeping therapy grounded and useful—less about jargon, more about what actually helps you get through the week.
Personal Touch - Fun Fact or Hobbies
When I’m not in session, I’m probably on a random road trip, hiking somewhere I shouldn’t be in sneakers. I’ve got a soft spot for old movies and I never say no to a last-minute adventure.
