Here at 12 South Recovery, we do our best to make the Admissions process as quick and easy as possible. Our Admissions team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are here to answer any questions you may have about our programs, go over any costs involved, and to calm any anxieties you may have about going into treatment.
Our 3-Step Admissions Process
Once you have made the decision to join us for addiction or mental health treatment, we will do a pre-screen over the phone, which takes about 20 minutes. The pre-screen is to make sure you are a good fit for our program and to ensure we can give you the appropriate care.
1. Confidential Pre-Screening
Your recovery begins with a quick and confidential phone pre-screen that takes about 20 minutes. During this conversation, our admissions specialists will learn more about your history, current needs, and treatment goals. This helps us ensure that our programs are the right fit and that you receive the level of care you deserve.
2. Verify Insurance or Discuss Payment Options
Once we determine that our program is a good match, we’ll gather your insurance information to verify your benefits, usually within minutes. We accept most major PPO insurance plans and will help you understand any out-of-pocket costs before treatment begins. For those without insurance, we also offer affordable private-pay options with some of the most competitive rates in Orange County, California.
3. Admission and Welcome to Treatment
After your insurance is verified and your start date is set, our team will stay in touch to support you right up until the moment you arrive. When you walk through our doors, you’ll be greeted by our compassionate staff. You’ll then be assigned a personal care team that includes a licensed therapist, a case manager, and support specialists. Each member of your team is dedicated to helping you begin your recovery journey with comfort and confidence.
